About Amy
I have lived in Cornwall on and off for almost twenty years and care deeply about the future energy security of the region and the communities that call it home.
I spent years in leadership positions working with the South West's leading renewable energy installers: Naked Solar and Harvest Renewables.
My commitment to the environment goes far deeper and I also hold a PhD in Climate Science and have worked across the UK and internationally on environmental and sustainability issues.
I understand the science behind climate change, the practical realities of renewable energy systems, and the everyday considerations homeowners face when making significant investments in their property.
Open House Energy brings those perspectives together: rigorous analysis, practical industry knowledge and an appreciation that every home, and every homeowner, is different.
